Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Call for opens:

- Hansel Dsilva introduced himself. He develops serdes buffers and associated models
  for Achronix Semiconductor, previously at Intel.

Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the August 25 meeting were reviewed.  Randy Wolff moved to approve.
Hansel Dsilva seconded. Without objection the minutes were approved.

BIRD181.2:
No new discussion.


New parser bugs:
Bob Ross reported there were no new bug reports.


IBISCHK 7.0.2 development:
Bob Ross had not yet received confirmation that SAE ITC had paid the developers.
Mike LaBonte showed ibischk_7.0.2_UserGuide_wip1.docx.  He noted that the message tables
had a larger font than the 7.0.1 guide, and covered more pages.  Also the tables had
border lines, which were absent in the 7.0.1 guide.  Bob said border lines were OK.
Bob suggested reducing to 10 pt font size to match what we did previously.

Randy Wolff noted a few messages with "[End Emi Component]", with incorrect lowercase.
Mike said those should not be change in the user guide because they were what ibischk
would actually print.  He suggested keeping a list of such errata, so we would remember
to make corrections the next time ibischk was updated.  Bob said a full review would
take a lot of work, and the fixes would span many code files.  Mike said the message
strings were contained in one source file, but all other source files repeated the
messages as comments.
